We are only 4 days away from what will be the biggest weekend in history for the American Combat Association as ACA's partner/owner and official grappling instructor Kamal Shalorus steps in the WEC cage to face former WEC world champion Jamie Varner. The fight will be the main event of a WEC card from Edmonton Alberta Canada and will air live this Sunday night on the Versus network. In preparation for the event the ACA set up a Facebook page highlighting Kamal's SICS fighting system. MMA schools can set up seminars and become certified in SICS though the American Combat Association. Urge your school to become SICS certified and tell the world that you are serious and are aligned with one of the top mixed martial arts fighters in the world today!

Varner lost that fight for all the acting and running that he did. I've watch this fight over and over and just one of the three low blows contented but Varner being the actor that he is went on like he was about to die, Then he keep asking how much time was left to the ref. At one point he was begging the ref for a point deduction.I believe he was trying to get a point taken from Shalorus because he was running out of gas plus all the running he did didn't help him. In the rematch Kamal needs to use his wrestling to win he has my respect for taking the shots he did but its time to go to what got him to the show, ground and pound!
