On the heels of Randy Couture's victory over Mark Coleman, Randy Couture's catch wrestling coach Neil Melanson and Erik Toughill did an outstanding interview highlighting Couture's grappling evolution. We felt this interview would be interesting to fans of the ACA as Melanson highlighted how he got Randy thinking in terms of using his wrestling on the ground. Granimal and Kamal Shalorus share this philosophy in terms of using wrestling on the mat as well as on the feet and instill this philosophy in member of Team ACA. How much longer can Randy go really? I mean he's almost 50. It's cool that this guy is training other people and that his lady is fighting Cyborg but when it comes to Randy he's gonna have to think about retiring or going into training people. Yeah he beat Coleman but Coleman's in his mid 40's. MMA is a young man's sport.
